If you encounter issues opening or downloading the pattern(s), try the following steps:

Patterns bought via Kutovakika.com

Once your order is complete, you can access the digital pattern(s) in one of the following ways:

Download Link on Confirmation Page

• A download link to the pattern file (PDF) will appear immediately on the order confirmation page.

• You can click the link to download the pattern to your device.

Email Confirmation

• You will receive 2 emails: an order confirmation email, followed by an email containing a link to the file.

• The order confirmation email will include a download link for the digital product.

Note about download expiry:
The link in the email will expire 24 hours after the purchase, to access the pattern after this:
Simply click on the expired link and we'll send a new link to the email address used for the initial purchase.

Patterns bought via Ravelry

After the purchase, you'll get access to the pattern in digital form instantly.

Automatic Download Link

• Ravelry immediately provides a link to download the PDF pattern directly from the confirmation page.

• You can click the link to download the file to your device.

Access through your Ravelry Library

• The purchased pattern is automatically saved in your Ravelry Library.

• The Ravelry Library is a feature that organizes all purchased and free patterns into one easy-to-access location within your user account.

• From the library, you can:

  • Download the PDF file anytime.

  • View pattern updates (if there is an updated version, you can re-download the new file).
