Kutovakika Gift Card Details:

  • Delivery: Digital gift cards are sent via email—no physical cards are available.

  • Usage: Gift cards can be used to buy any pattern or product in the store, and they cover taxes and shipping costs.

  • Expiration: Gift cards never expire.

  • Checkout: Only one gift card purchase per checkout, and customers go directly to checkout after clicking "Purchase."

  • Balance Use: The entire gift card balance is applied at checkout; partial use isn’t available unless the order total is less than the gift card balance.

  • Combining payment methods: If the order total exceeds the value remaining on the gift card, you can pay the balance using standard payment methods.

  • Multiple Gift Cards: Customers can use more than one gift card on an order if they have multiple.

  • Refunds: Refunds can be issued for unused gift cards. Refunds on purchases made with a gift card will be added back to the card's balance.

  • Balance Check: The recipient receives an email with the initial balance, and the remaining balance shows at checkout.

  • Sending Options: Customers can choose to receive the gift card email themselves and forward it later if they want to control the delivery timing.

  • Codes: Sales pricing and discount codes can’t be applied to purchasing a gift card. However, these discounts apply to orders made using a gift card.
